PeakBridger.de, its operators, and its staff are not responsible for any damages, losses, data loss, account loss, lost progress, or any direct or indirect harm resulting from the use or misuse of our services.

You are solely responsible for how you use the services. We are not liable for any consequences arising from your actions.

4. Staff decisions

Decisions made by staff are final. Appeals may be opened through the official Discord server but are granted at staff's sole discretion.

5. Changes

We may update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to any user, at any time, for any reason, without notice or liability.
